I found Splice to be a feature-rich video editing tool. It lets you do transition, keep titles, easily trim & cut your footage, and so much more… But the thing that’s lacking in this app is that it doesn’t offer direction, instruction, and design needed to make it easy to use for casual users. Splice, on the other hand, lets you have complete control over editing with various familiar features, if you’ve previously dealt with video editing in a desktop software. But there is one annoying thing about this app: it often crashes in the final step. It has various tools to automatically edit your footage. Quik, as the name suggests, is meant to do quick edits for effortless sharing of your content to social media. Simple interface and a variety of sharing options is something that both these apps have.
